Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the efficiency of working capital consisting of working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on the firm value of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling used the Purposive Sampling technique so that the research sample amounted to 6 companies with a research period from 2015-2019. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear analysis method. The results showed partially working capital turnover has no effect on firm value, accounts receivable turnover has no effect on firm value, and inventory turnover had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, simultaneously the regression model used meets statistical standards, therefore the efficiency of working capital has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
