Abstract

Perusahaan yang sukses adalah perusahaan yang mampu mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggannya dan melakukan inovasi terhadap produk maupun layanan terhadap pelanggan agar tercapainya kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan maka perusahaan menggunakan Customer Relationship Management dengan itu maka perusahaan akan lebih mudah untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan. Begitu juga yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahan Surya Optical, dimana perusahaan Surya Optical ini merupakan salah satu dari Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan penjualan. Sehingga penulis membahas tentang Penerapan Customer Relationship Management pada perusahaan Surya Optical dengan membuat sebuah sistem layanan purna jual yang berbasis web. Layanan purna jual pada sistem yang dibangun berupa klaim garansi, ulasan maupun pengaduan dan pengaturan jadwal pemeriksaan rutin sehingga menarik loyalitas pelanggan setelah pembelian
