Abstract

This research aims to find out how to manage the Budget of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) LorokGemilang in Lorok Village, North Indralaya District of Ogan Ilir Regency in 2020. The background of this research is that the business units that run only partly run and the results of the running business units suffer losses from the participation of capital provided by the Lorok village government with the revenue obtained so as to show that the management of bumdeslorokgemilang budget that is done has not been optimal therefore it needs to be researched about the management of BUMDes Lorok Gemilang budget in 2020. This research uses qualitative research methods using the Concept of Money Follow Function with a Comprehensive Performance-Based Budget Theory of APBD Preparation 2010 which is viewed from six dimensions including Input, Process, output, outcome, benefit, impact. Based on data analysis and budget management interviews that the way the budget is managed is carried out in a budget function but in principle the budget cannot be held in full. The results of this study suggest that budget principles such as: transparency and accountability, discipline, fairness, efficiency and effective and structured with a performance approach.
