Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine students' ability to think creatively in class XI IPA 2 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. The analysis in this research uses descriptive – qualitative methods, where the problem explanation model is described, described, and explained in a data and information that will be drawn in the form of conclusions. The instrument has 20 questions with the highest score of 100, the lowest score of 10 and the average score of students with 59.65517 which is categorized as quite creative. There are 35 students with a total of 8 students categorized as very creative, there are 8 students categorized as creative, there are 4 students categorized as quite creative, there are 6 students categorized as less creative, there are 3 students categorized as not creative and there are 6 students categorized as having no information because they did not answer without a response.
