Abstract
Introduction: Health service through undirect contact/telemedicine can be a solution for national health assurance (JKN) member to get health service in first level health facilities (FKTP) during COVID-19 pandemic. But in reality the utilization of telemedicine in FKTP still low if compare with physical contact. This research aims to know the scope of benefit of telemedicine service utilization by JKN member in accessing health service in Musi Rawas Regency’s FKTP. Methods: This is quantitative research with cross-sectional design. The sample of this research is JKN member who are registered in FKTP in Musi Rawas Regency which fulfil the inclusion criteria. The way of getting sample is non-probability sampling. With the specific sampling method of consecutive sampling by using questionnaire which is disseminated virtually and directly. Result: From 417 respondents we found 73,9% member didn’t use telemedicine service in FKTP in Musi Rawas Regency. Bivariate analysis showed some variables which has correlation with telemedicine service in JKN member in FKTP in Musi Rawas Regency. They were trust, education, duration to health service, JKN membership category, health officers’ behaviour, socialization, use of cellular phone, and access of internet. Multivariate analysis showed if socialization and trust variables have significant correlation and became dominant factor (OR: 53,3). Discussion: The variables that have a significant relationship are trust and socialization JKN members which did not believe in telemedicine service have chance 53,3 times bigger to did not use telemedicine service and JKN members who do not receive socialization have a 7.16 times bigger to did not use telemedicine service
