Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Palembang Sudirman Branch Office. The population of this study was 59 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees using the saturated sample technique. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 59 respondents. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The data is processed through the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
