Abstract
This research was conducted in Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Palembang Branch, using the style of leadership and compensation as independent variables and turnover intentions as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to determine 1) what leadership style applied to the Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Palembang Branch, 2) the presence or absence of the influence of leadership style on turnover intentions at Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Palembang Branch, and 3) the existence of the compensation effect on intentions turnover at Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Palembang Branch. The research method used in this research is by using questionnaires and interviews in data collection methods and take as many as 58 people respondents. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire with less regression analysis test to find the regression equation. Further tests of correlation and coefficient of determination to find out how much the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The data have been processed using SPSS for Windows 20.0 generate the regression equation is Y = 8.085 to 0.025 XI -0.121 X2. Based on the F test is done, it can be seen that there is a negative about the style of leadership and turnover intention in compensation against Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Center Palembang Branch.
