Abstract

This research aimed t o analyze the influence offundamental factors (i. e. Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER)) to stock price of security companies on the lndonesian stock exchange periode 2007-2011. The population of this research was 10 companies. Based on the purposive sampling methode used in this research. 9 companies were selected as samples. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression. The result showed that Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) simultaneously had a significant influence to stock price. Partially, only Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have significant influence on stock price.
