Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara efikasi diri multikultural dengan konsep diri akademik yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Palembang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional dimana analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara efikasi diri multikultural dengan konsep diri akademik siswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan keduanya ialah metode analisis Korelasi Product Moment dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for Windows Release. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri multikultural dengan konsep diri akademik siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari koefisien korelasi kedua variabel sebesar 0,488 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian ini diterima (Ha diterima). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri multikultural berhubungan dengan konsep diri akademik yang dimiliki siswa.
