Abstract
Everyone has the same rights in obtaining access to resources in the health sector and obtaining safe, quality, and affordable health services in accordance with their health conditions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of outpatient health services from the perspective of patient satisfaction based on the accreditation status of the health center in Lubuklinggau City in 2021. This study was an analytical observational study with a cross�sectional design. The sample in this study was 180 respondents with consecutive sampling taken by serial number that came, until the sample was fulfilled for the study. The results of the study obtained that the service quality was not good 50.6%, and the results of the analysis obtained a significant relationship between comfort and service quality (p < 0.05). The results of the logistic regression analysis became the dominant factor for service quality, namely service procedures with Exp (B) = 3,820. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between comfort and service procedures with service quality, it is recommended to the management at an accredited Puskesmas to further optimize communication skills in services related to health services, with communication being an interaction.
