Abstract

In carrying out the business process of recording medical records, UPT Kesehatan Terawas still uses the conventional method in the patient record book. The problem that often occurs in running business processes is the constraint in the archiving process in the history of recording patient medical records. Therefore we need an information system that can handle the process of recapitulation of patient medical records. This system was built using the waterfall system development method. The purpose of developing this system is to produce software based on the Medical Record Recording System that can assist the service business process and record medical records at the Terawas Health Center UPT, Musi Rawas Regency. The results of this study are in the form of a health center medical record information system that can help the process of recapitulating the medical records of patients at the health center.
