Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan, kemampuan, pendidikan dan pelatihan pemakai terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 103 orang pegawai yang bekerja di Kementrian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan pemakai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, kemampuan pemakai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan pemakai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.
