Abstract

Kangkung (Ipomoea repants) ialah tanaman semusim yang termasuk sayuran daun yang murah, mengandung sumber gizi yang baik untuk masyarakat luas. Dilihat dari manfaatnya, maka perlu dilakukan usaha budidaya tanaman kangkung, yang dapat dilakukan di pekarangan maupun lahan dengan cara tanpa media tanah dan dapat dipanen dalam waktu singkat. Hidroponik merupakan cara penanaman yang menggunakan media air sebagai media tanam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan delapan perlakuan dan empat ulangan sehingga terdapat 32 unit percobaan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari tiga tanaman, sehingga total keseluruhan terdapat 96 tanaman. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah P0 = AB miix, P1 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah Pisang, P2 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah Nanas, P3 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah Pepaya, P4 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah (Pisang+Nanas), P5 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah (Nanas + Pepaya), P6 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah (Pisang + Pepaya) dan P7 = Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah (Pisang + Nanas + Pepaya). Hasil analisis ragam (ANOVA) menunjukan bahwa perlakuan AB mix berbeda nyata terhadap semua parameter yang di amati, walaupun demikian Pupuk Organik Cair sisa buah Nanas dan sisa buah Pepaya diharapkan dapat menjadi Substitusi Larutan AB mix.
