Abstract

This study aims to prove the Effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University. The population and sample in this study were students of economic education in the 2017-2019 academic year. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. To find out the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, the Pearson product moment correlation hypothesis was tested which obtained 0.35 significant correlation of the X variable affecting Y which means low, using the determinant coefficient obtained 12%, and the t test obtained ttable 1.979 tcount 4.17 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus there is the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University. It is recommended that students continue to develop their businesses so that they expand their market share and are enthusiastic in participating in learning, seminars and entrepreneurship training.
