Abstract

Terrorism is a problem that is taken seriously by almost all countries of the world, the rapidly spreading movement of terrorist actors causes many of the world's citizens to feel uneasy. One of the world's largest of terrorism experienced by Indonesia and the United States, even these two countries have the same background for terrorists. This common goal in solving terrorism is what makes Indonesia and the United States a bilateral alliance to address the problem. The United States, which is now considered to be part of the United States' special forces to assist Indonesia with its exact cooperation after the bom Bali I, is said to be successful and therefore should extend its share of bilateral cooperation in the memorandum of understanding, which was signed in 2018. This researchs explains how efforts by Indonesia and the United States in addressing cases of terrorism in Indonesia such as collaborating in military training, exchange of information and intelligence, identifying data of perpetrators, interview, investigation, domesticated bombs, And close combat with terrorists carried out from multiple collaborations in a predetermined research period. Studies show that cooperation between Indonesia and the United States has been shown to be very good, asa result of the decline made by Indonesia in the case of terrorism. Indonesia, which is widely represented by the Densus 88, has been able to provide good cooperation with the fbi and the cia from the United States due to frequent joint training.
