Abstract
This research attempts to analyze the optimal internet pricing schemes by using cloud computing model. Cloud computing is internet-based storage system that is required when internet connection is being used. This research was solved as a problem of mixed integer linear programming (MILP). An optimal pricing scheme is applied to a local data server, including mail traffic, digilib, file and sisfo traffic. Cloud computing model was divided into 2 cases based on the workload capacity on the server and was modified into 2 conditions for each case and the minimum result obtained in case 1 with condition 2. Cloud computing model established is solved by using LINGO. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of this research showed the cloud computing model can be utilized by internet service provider (ISP) to maximize revenue by resetting the sales of internet connections.
