Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai kebiasaan makanan dan hubungan panjang berat ikan lukas (Labiobarbus leptocheilus Valenciennes) yang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai September 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui isi usus dan pola pertumbuhan dari ikan lukas {Labiobarbus leptocheilus Valenciennes). Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2010 di waduk Gajah Mungkur, Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis kebiasaan makanan menggunakan Indeks of Preponderance. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 19 ekor, panjangnya berkisar antara 15-20 cm dan beratnya berkisar antara 40 - 90 gram, Labiobarbus leptocheilus Valenciennes memiliki pola pertumbuhan allometrik negatif (b<3). Sesuai dengan hasil analisa laboratorium dari kebiasaan makanan, isi usus ikan lukas {Labiobarbus leptocheilus Valenciennes) adalah detritus (IP = 82.95%) dan plankon (IP=17.05%).)
