Abstract

Penelitian mengenai pengaruh media perbanyakan dan tanaman inang terhadap sporulasi fungi mikoriza arbuskular di bawah tegakan tembesu {Fragraea fragrans Roxb.) skala laboratorium telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Agustus 2011, bertempat di Laboratorium Balai Penelitian Kehutanan Palembang dan Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Hutan Puslitbang Konservasi dan Rehabilitasi Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunkan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri dari media perbanyakan (pasir, tanah, dan zeolit) dan tanaman inang {Centrosoma pubescenst Pueraria javanica and Mucuna pruriens) masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam (ANOVA) dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil pada taraf 0,05% (BNT 5%). Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji BNT 5% adalah pada perlakuan tanaman inang Pueraria javanica dengan media perbanyakan tanah merupakjan perlakuan terbaik untuk perbanyakan spora FMA.
