This research shows that the Cultural Diplomacy strategy carried out by the Indonesian Embassy in Ankara through the Endonezya Kultur Gunu (Indonesia Culture Festival) has been going well. This is evidenced by the increasing curiosity of the Turkish people towards Indonesia, which has an impact on increasing the number of tourist visits from Turkey to Indonesia. However, the lack of promotion related to Indonesian tourism through social media is an obstacle in the development of Indonesian branding in the eyes of the Turkish people.
