Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process policy implementation of organizing national insight seminar in the National Unity and Political Agency of the South Sumatra Province. The focus of this research includes communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data sources are taken from interviews with informants and supported by secondary data, and the selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study are the head of the field of ideology and national insight, the head of program planning and evaluation, staff in the field of ideology and national insight and former participants of national insight education center. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the policy implementation of organizing national insight seminar at the National Unity and Political Agency of South Sumatra Province from the communication factor between implementers has been going, but socialization to the target group has not been thoroughly carried out. Factors limited activity budget resources. The disposition factor is good, it can be seen from the level of compliance of the implementers. The bureaucratic structure factor has been running well, but it is necessary to increase cooperation between agencies in the national insight education center association structure at the South Sumatera Province level.
