Abstract
Extracelluler major compound has been isolated from fungus Aspergillus sp 2 of Phaleria. Isolation started with the cultivation in 5 L PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth) medium for four weeks. Liquid medium was extracted with ethyl acetate and concentrated by rotary evaporator. Ethyl acetate extract was separated and purified by chromatographic techniques to obtain pure compound. The molecular structure of the isolated compound has determined by UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy—Based on analysis spectroscopic data type this compound is aromatic of benzolenon in monosubsititusi benzena and have functional group carbonyl, group OH, Methoxy group and pair of proton vinilyc.
