Abstract
PT Bumi Merapi Energi (BME) is a private company engaged in mining which has three large blocks, namely Serelo, Kungkilan, and Gunung Agung blocks with reserves of 130 million tons. By having PT BME's overburden stripping planning target in 2021 it is 2,460,647.88 bcm/year, while the actual stripping is 1,283,028.00 bcm/year. This is due to road geometry that does not meet the 2018 KEPMEN 1827 K 30 standard, such as haul road width, cross slope¸superelevation¸and road grade. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to evaluate and preserve the road geometry in order to obtain maximum production results. Based on the measurements and observations, there are three factors that do not meet the standard road geometry, namely the width of the haul road, cross slope, and superelevation. The actual haul road width of PT BME on straight roads is 7.7-14.87 meters, while on bend roads it is 8-14.6 meters. The radius and superelevation of PT BME are 61.16 meters for the radius and 0.34-0.62 meters for the superelevation, and the cross slope value of PT BME is 0.01-0.13 meters. Of the three factors, there are several segments that do not meet the standard, so it needs to be evaluated to get maximum tool productivity results. The productivity of PT BME's loading and unloading equipment before the repair resulted in the productivity of the Hyundai 330 LC-9S excavator being 129.21 bcm/hour and the productivity of the Hino 500 FM 260 JD Dump truck conveying 17.33 bcm/hour, with match factor of 0.67. Meanwhile, the productivity of the Hyundai Excavator 330 LC-9S after the repair was 129.21 bcm/hour and the productivity of the Hino 500 FM 260 JD Dump truck after the repair was 26.66 bcm/hour with a match factor of 1.03.
