Abstract
This study aimed to know the effect of Fiber liquid organic fertilizer from local micro organisms on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper. This research wasconducted at the experimental field of the Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. This research started from June 2020 to December 2020. The method used in this study was the Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) which consisted of 5 levels and repeated 5 times, one combination treadment 3 plants. The total experiment was 75 experimental units. The treatments were K0: without giving coconut coir from local micro organisms liquid fertilizer, K1: coconut husk mol (100 ml per plant), K2: coconut husk mol (200 ml per plant), K3: coconut husk mol (300 ml per plant ), K4: coconut husk mol (400 ml per plant). Provision of mol from coconut coir gave better yields than other treatments. K1 (100% coconut husk mol / plant) was shown on the variables of plant height, fruit diameter, number of fruits, and fruit weight.
