Abstract
A research of isolation and identification of vibrio at semi intensive of tiger shrimp’s dyke Teluk Payo village Banyuasin regency South sumatera had been done on June 2009 until July 2009 in microbiology laboratory of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Fish Quarantine, Palembang. The purpose of this research to know density and species of vibrio bacteria at tiger shrimp’s dyke, Teluk Payo village. The samples were taken from dyke’s water. From this research, we got the dyke’s water quality was classified in less fertile water but it could be used to tiger shrimps breeding nevertheless cann’t maximal. The highest of ivibrio bacteria density at station IV (outlet) with total 7,1 x 105cell/ml. And the lowest density at Stasion II (Dyke 1) with total 3,2 x 105 sel/ml. From the result there are 3 kind of vibrio. There are V parahaemolylicus, V. alginolyticus dan V. damsela.
