The research was conducted in the Kepahiang district and was carried out in October 2021 with a total sample of 101 respondents. Results: This study shows that there is a relationship between knowledge variables p-value 0.000 <0.05: OR=3.492, attitude p-value = 0.022 <0.05: OR=3.750, economic status, p-value 0.000 <0.05: OR = 9,900, and regularity in consuming blood-added tablets p-value 0.000 <0.05: OR = 49.1 with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. There is no relationship between parity variable p-value 0.345> 0.05, gestational age p-value 0.417> 0.05, nutritional status p-value 1.00> 0.05 and the regularity of ANC p-value, 0.552> 0.05 with the incidence anemia in pregnant women. The dominant variable related to the incidence of anemia is the regularity of consuming blood-added tablets, p value = 0.001 < 0.05 : OR 45.025.
