Abstract
The research about The Antifungus And Sunlight Photostability Studies On Triterpenoids Of Tembesu Fruits (Fragraea fragrans Roxb) Concerning Of Sunlight Radiation has been done. The result of isolation triterpenoid cristal from Tembesu fruit we discover 0,8982 g ffom 2,6 kg to examination concerning of sunligt radiation occur shifting A^ax 242 nm before it dry under the sunlight to A™* 236 nm, 235 nm, and 250 nm after dry under the sunlight with time variation 180 hour, 200 hour, and 300 hour. It indicate that hipsocromic ffiction and batocromic friction along with triterpenoid sunlight radiation. Antifungus examination has been done through fungus Trychophyton mentagrophytes, Trychophyton rubrum, dan Microsporum gypseum. The result is triterpenoid could inhibit the growthof fungus Trychophyton mentagrophytes which shown by inhibit diameter by concentration of 500 ppm (10 mm) and 750 ppm (7 mm).
