Abstract

Saat ini pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, telah diselenggarakan beasiswa Satu Keluarga Satu Sarjana (SKSS) dengan baik. Hingga pada tahun akademik 2019/2020 terhitungan sebanyak 900 mahasiswa yang mendaftar dan diseleksi menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Disamping itu, terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para penyeleksi. Kuota beasiswa hanya dibuka sebanyak 100 mahasiswa, sedangkan pada seleksi terakhir yaitu tahap wawancara masih menyisahkan 200 pendaftar. Lalu dilakukan wawancara kembali kepada mahasiswa yang tersisa, sehingga hasil wawancara tersebut dirapatkan dan memunculkan keputusan secara subjektif atau pandangan pribadi dari para penyeleksi hingga dihasilkan 100 mahasiswa sebagai calon penerima beasiswa. Maka dibutuhkan metode perhitungan khusus yaitu metode ROC dan VIKOR yang akan diimplementasikan pada tugas akhir ini untuk menghitung dan membandingkan nilai kriteria tiap alternatif. Hasil perhitungan akan dilakukan perankingan untuk mendapatkan 100 mahasiswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa Satu Keluarga Satu Sarjana di Badan Amil Zakat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
