Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Pengaruh Latihan Splits Terhadap Kemampuan Tendangan Naeryo Chagi Pada Mahasiswa Ukm Beladiri Taekwondo Universitas Sriwijaya”. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Mahasiswa putra dan putri UKM beladiri Taekwondo Universitas Sriwijaya, jumlah sampel penelitan ini 30 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, 15 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 15 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Sebagai kelompok eksperimen diberi perlakuan splits dan kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan perlakuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes awal dan tes terakhir. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t dengan tarafsignifikan 5%. Kata Kunci: Latihan Splits, Tendangan Naeryo Chagi
