Abstract
Self-efficacy is something that must be owned by students in order to achieve success in learning optimally. This study aims to determine the self-efficacy of students who experience burnout studying at SMA Negeri 13 Palembang. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were students of class XI at SMA Negeri 13 Palembang, totaling 357 students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 57 students who experienced burnout in the high category. The data collection tool used is a psychological scale. The results showed that 30 students (52.63%) experienced high burnout with low efficacy levels, as many as 24 students (42.11%) experienced high burnout with moderate efficacy levels and 3 students (5.26%) experienced moderate burnout. high burnout with high efficacy. Based on this research, it was concluded that most of the students were classified as having low self-efficacy
