Abstract

The Serasan Muara Enim Education Foundation is an educational institution located in Muara Enim Regency. In the history of its development, Serasan Muara Enim Foundation has had 3 (three) Colleges, namely: College of Engineering (Civil Engineering Study Program), College of Economics (Management Study Program), and College of Law (Legal Studies Program). Without the Rectorate Building, lecture activities will not be coordinated optimally. Therefore, to be able to support all of its lecture activities, a Rectorate Building is needed. The Rectorate Building, will be using a neo vernacular architectural design concept, which represents one of the traditional houses in the area, namely Rumah Ulu Semende.
