Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “ Penanggulangan Kejahatan Penipuan Investasi Online oleh Kepolisian Sumatera Selatan”, Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini ialah Upaya penipuan investasi online oleh Pihak Kepolisian Sumatera Selatan, Serta hambatan Kepolisian Sumatera Selatan dalam menanggulangi penipuan investasi online. Jenis penelitian ini ialah Empiris yakni dengan data primer berupa wawancara dengan Pihak Kepolisian Sumatera Selatan dan dan data skunder ialah yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Berdasarkan dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Upaya penyuluhan maupun himbauan kepada masyarakat yakni bertujuan mencegah adanya penipuan investasi online ini, Serta faktor yang menjadi penghambat pihak kepolisan yakni salah satunya adalah masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat itu sendiri akan bahayanya penipuan investasi online. Kata kunci : Investasi Online, , Kepolisian, Penipuan, Upaya Penanggulangan.
