Abstract
The research about “Efectibillity of Kenanga Flowers (Cananga Odorata Hook) us Mortality of Instar III Aedes Aegypti Linnaeus” have been done on June iip to Agustus 2010. The taking of sampling was doing in Indralaya, Kab Ogan ilir, South Sumatera, Indonesia. The process of extraction kenanga flowers was doing in the Laboratory of Genetics and Biotechnology, Biology Department, Matematics and Sciens Faculty, Sriwijaya University. While the cantrolling test was doing in the Laboratory of Entomology Stasiun Lapangan Pengendalian Vektor (SLPV) Dinas Kesehatan Baturaja, Kab OKU South Sumatera, Indonesia. The results of this research that kenanga flower extract (Cananga odorata Hook) can be used as biolarvadasid to the Ae.aegypti L mosquito beside that kenanga flowers exstract ability to combat the larve of Ae aegypti L, ffactination of etil asetat and n-heksan ffom kenanga flowers (Cananga odorata Hook) has larvasida activity in the Ae. aegypti L fraction of etil asetat in the 24 hours research and 48 hours research have value LC50 on the consentration 1.82 ppm and 0.625 ppm. While in the fraction n-heksan has the value LC50 5.57 ppm and 1.66 ppm, the result of bioautografi research shows the compound on the fraction of etil asetat shows the active fenol compound with Rf= 0.94 while active compound on the n-heksan fraction is fenol with Rf= 0.92 and terpenoid with Rf= 0.87.
