Abstract
Art workers or dancers are one type of work that is having a high risk of possible injuries and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) that arise as a result of forcing the body's ability to create a choreography, where the movements performed are often extreme movements or movements. abnormal. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), Nordic Body Map (NBM). There were 8 informants in this study consisting of 1 key informant and 7 dancers of Tanggai. The results showed that the measurement of the dancers' body posture had a moderate and high level of risk, then the Tanggai dance movement was a repetitive movement but was not at risk of severe ergonomics because it was not carried out every day, the Tanggai dancers who experienced Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints including 1 dancer experiencing mild category complaints, experienced complaints of moderate category as many as 4 dancers and 2 dancers experienced complaints of high category MSDs the cause of MSDs complaints was due to lack of warming (stretching). Dancers must perform dance movements with correct posture and warm up (stretching) before and after dancing.
