Abstract

The research aims to know the electrical Program Innovation Diffusion village (Lisdes) PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB in the village of Gelumbang Sub-district Bitis District MuaraEnim in particular on RT 7. Research using qualitative research methods by using descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis of the researchers who have obtained in field, inconclusive results found with the theory of Diffusion of innovation by Rogers M Everts with 4 elements, namely, innovation, communication channels, time period, and there is a process of social system adoption of the diffusion of Innovation in the village of Bitis RT 7 based on the results of the research showed good results. It is evidenced by the villagers Bitis RT 7 have been able to adopt a Program of electricity in this village (Lisdes) process of Diffusion of innovation so that the current inhabitants of the village of Bitis RT 7 have been using electricity from a PLN where previously only use diesel.
