Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Tinospora crispa leaf powder as natural larvacide against to mortality of Aedes albopictus mosquito larvae. This study was conducted by experimentally with LC-50 test as pre-treatment, so using Completely Random Design (CRD) as definitive test. The definitive test consisting of six treatments and four replications. The treatment are level that concentration of 0% (P0); 0.3% (P1); 0,8% (P2); 1.3% (P3); 1,8% (P4); 2,4% (P5). The concentration of the Tinospora crispa leaf powder was homogenized with water, become 100 ml solution. The data wasanalyzed by one-way ANOVA test and Least Significant Difference test (LSD). The results of ANOVA acquired that Tinospora crispa leaf powder affects the apparent mortality of the larva Ae. albopictus. The LSD test showed that over 24 hours of concentration exposure time of 0,3% start to efectively kill and concentration of 2.4% almost had 100% kill larvae, that is equal 92%. The KL50-24 value gained from this study was 1.383%.The contribution on research results is Student Worksheets (LKPD) in grade X biological learning to basic competence 3.8 of senior high school.
