Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan antara ketersediaan air dengan pertumbuhan tanaman tebu di Rayon III PTPN VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Cinta Manis, dan mengakumulasikannya dalam bentuk persamaan matematis. Penerapan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksikan pertumbuhan tanaman, pemberian air irigasi dan mempelajari karakteristik tempat penyimpanan air. Bentuk persamaan hubungan ketersediaan air, curah hujan, dan suhu udara dengan pertumbuhan tanaman tebu untuk masing-masing indikator pertumbuhan adalah : a. Panjang ruas (mm) Y = 825.148 + 0.245 ATT+ 26.106 CH-32.310 T (R2 = 0.992) b. Diameter ruas (mm) Y = 305.771 +0.189 ATT+ 7.839 CH- 11.837 T (R2 = 0.920) c. Rendemen (%) Y = 51.906 + 0.0278 ATT+ 3.989 CH-2.369 T (R2 = 0.985)
