Abstract

Pengetahuan merupakan hasil yang diperoleh dari proses belajar yang berupa informasi yang bener dan akurat berdasarkan fakta. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja mahasiswa tentu diperlukan pengetahuan yang baik. Namum perbedaan kapasitan pengetahuan mahasiswa berbeda-beda, sehingga perlu diadakannya peningkatan pengetahuan kepada setiap mahasiswa. Teori-teori yang mendasari kontruk penelitian ini adalah Resourced Based Theory, Knowledge Based Theory, dan Theory of planned Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2.661 dan jumlah sampel 348 yang diperoleh menggunakan metode propotional stratified random sampling. Dalam menganalisi data menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM serta menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hipotesa bahwa Sikap Individu, Budaya Organisasi, dan Sistem Informasi memoderasi Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Knowledge Sharing diterima. Hipotesa bahwa Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja diterima. Dan Hipotesa bahwa Sistem Informasi memoderasi Sikap Individu berpengaruh terhadap Knowledge Sharing ditolak.
