Abstract
This study aimed to determine and analyze the factors that affect the Return on Assets (ROA) at the Bank Regional Development in Indonesia. Factors reviewed in this research are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Cost Operating Income. The data used in this study is secondary data from the Financial Services Authority website. Reseacrh sampling method used purposive sampling and retrived 9 banking as sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that CAR and BOPO have a significant positive influence on ROA while LDR has no effect on ROA. The implications of this study indicate that CAR is increasing, the higher the ROA.
