Abstract

Frisca Laundry Shop is a shop that operates in the laundry service business located in Palembang. So far, the system that runs at this frisca laundry store still has several shortcomings and problems that sometimes occur, including data management that is still done manually by recording order transaction so that it takes a long time in the process of recording a sales report. To propose this research, the technique of information accumulation is through efforts to explore library science, information gathering and interviews. And the results of this study are to make it easier for the frisca laundry shop to process laundry service data, assist in making note and can shorten the time in making reports.
