Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan ada (1) hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Xi, variabel X2, terhadap Y dan (2) untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variable Xj, variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 100 orang siswa putra kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Untuk mengukur variabel pada penelitian ini, digunakan tiga tes, yaitu sit and reach untuk mengukur kelentukan togok, vertical jump untuk mengukur power otot tungkai dan lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perhitungan regresi analisis antara variabel Xi dengan variabel Y adalah .142 atau sebesar 14,2 %. Sedangkan perhitungan regresi analisis antara variabel X2 dengan variabel Y adalah .295 atau sebesar 29,5 %. Kemudian, untuk mengetahui hasil antara variabel Xi dan X2 terhadap Y dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan regresi analisis dan diperoleh hasil .310 atau sebesar 31 % variabel Xi dan X2 mepengaruhi Variabel Y. Jadi hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 31% kontribusi kelentuan togok dan power otot tungkai berpengaruh terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok di SMK Negeri 1 Inderalaya Utara.
