Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the students' awareness of OSH behavior in machining practices at the lathe workshop of SMK Ganesha 1 Sekampung. This study uses descriptive research methods and data collection techniques used in this study to obtain data are questionnaires and interviews. From the questionnaire data, it can be seen that of the 24 students as research subjects, 16.7% were stated to have very good OSH behavior awareness, 75% of students were stated in the good category, and 8.3% were stated to be in the poor category. As many as 91.7% of students have implemented OSH behavior with various existing aspects. With these results it can be concluded that as many as 8.3% of students are still lacking in implementing the existing K3 behavior and need to be re-guided so that they understand more about the importance of implementing OSH in themselves. The guidance can be in the form of advice or strict sanctions given to students who have violated the rules. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Awareness of K3 behavior
