Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pengaruh waktu dan penambahan HCl pada proses Ozonolisis Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan Mempelajari pengaruh penambahan HCl pada proses ozonolisis TKKSm Mempelajari pengaruh waktu ozonolisis pada proses ozonolisis TKKS, Menentukan kadar lignin hasil proses ozonolisis. Delignifikasi dilakukan dengan ozonolisis dengan variasi waktu dan panambahan HCl pada proses Ozonolisis. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bahan Serbuk tandan kosong kelapa sawit, yeast ATCC 9763 (Murofitalic) akuades, H2SO4, HCl,. Penelitian ini menghasilkan hasil seperti berikut: 1. Pengaruh penambahan HCl pada proses ozonolisi TKKS tidak jauh berbeda dengan tanpa penambahan HCl. Penambahan HCl, kadar lignin sisa 25%, tanpa penambahan HCl, kadar lignin 20%. Diperoleh ketika waktu inkubasi selama 40 menit. 2. Pengaruh waktu ozonolisis pada proses ozonolisis TKKS, semakin lama waktu ozonolisis, maka kadar lignin sisa semain sedikit. Kadar lignin hasil terbaik diperoleh pada kondisi, berapa waktu alir, dan lama inkubasi, penambahan berapa persen HCl berdasarkan data saya diatas.
