Abstract
Goat biourine is a liquid organic fertilizer that has not been widely used by society. While goat urine contains high elements of N, phosphorus, potassium and more air when compared to solid goat manure. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of giving the best type and dose of organic goat biourin fertilizer on Ultisol for phosphorus uptake and the number of leaves of soybean plants on Ultisol. This research was carried out at the Greenhouse of the Soil Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from February to October 2021. The method used in this study was a Completely Randomized Factorial Design (RALF) which consisted of 2 factors, the first factor was the type and the second factor was the dose. This treatment consisted of 4 treatments, 3 doses and 4 times of detention. The first factor is the type factor with 5 levels, namely P0 (Control), P1 (pure goat biourine), P2 (banana hump MOL decomposer biourine), P3 (goat feces MOL decomposer biourine), P4 (EM4 biourine decomposer). The second factor is the dose factor with 3 levels, namely D1 (100 ml), D2 (200 ml), and D3 (300 ml). The results showed that the application of pure goat Biourine Liquid Organic Fertilizer was the best result on available phosphorus uptake and leaf count on soybean plants in Ultisol. As for the parameters of plant phosphorus uptake in soybeans in Ultisol, the best results were Types of Liquid Organic Fertilizer Goat Biourin + EM4. The application of the best dose of Goat Biourin Liquid Organic Fertilizer for available phosphorus absorption parameters and plant phosphorus uptake in soybean plants in Ultisol was 200 ml/polybag, while for the number of leaves yielded on soybean plants in Ultisol the best yield was 100 ml/polybag.
