Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Free Cash Flow, Asset Growth. Profitability, Firm Size to Dividend Policy. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. Total sample of 13 companies. Techniques data analysis was using multiple linear regression with panel data. This study used data from the annual financial statements for the years 2014-2016 by the study variable. The results of F test results simultaneously there is have an effect between Free Cash Flow, Asset Growth, Profitibality, and Firm Size to Dividend Policy. The results of T test results prove thal Free Cash Flow is positive effect 011 Dividend Policy, Asset Growth is negative effect the Dividend Policy, Profitability is positive effect on Dividend Policy, Firm Size is positive effect on Dividend Policy
