Abstract
Most of the Indonesian people work in agriculture which is of course directly related to soil fertility which is an important part of agriculture. Indonesia in its management is still done manually so that it can affect the land has the potential to lose the standard of work that is done repeatedly by humans besides that in land management sometimes humans make mistakes in land management so that it becomes inefficient. This study discusses wireless sensor networks in IoT smart farming. Based on the existing conditions in the soil, namely soil moisture, salt content, wifi network, light intensity. so that it will be able to differentiate into several different types of soil for the results of soil with good quality or poor soil quality. So that the soil will be monitored in real time to find out the results of soil conditions and the results of the data obtained will be sent to the database. The use of the database is to group data to make it easier to identify the data, the database will be prepared according to user requests where the information prepared will be faster and more accurate.
