Abstract

This research has been conducted from April to June 2018 in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Survey method and direct interview. Determination of samples of 30 farmers. The snowball sampling method is done to the marketing agency of banana. The results showed that banana farmers in Arisan Gading Village did marketing through several marketing channels. The most widely passed marketing channel of a farmer is a direct marketing channel to a retailer. Marketing functions that occur in marketing agencies of banana mas include the function of purchasing and sales function, physical functions include transport function and storage function and function of facility. The biggest marketing cost is issued by marketing agency on marketing channel I and II that is Rp 70.000. Farmer's largest share in channel III is 40 percent, profitability ratio and marketing cost of the most lucrative on channel III that is equal to 1.51 and the smallest efficiency value in channel III is17.1 percent. Therefore, the marketing channel of banana mas Arisan Ivory Village has been categorized as efficient
