Gojek is a ride-hailing company from Indonesia, which was founded in 2010, and has managed to have a valuation of US$10 billion and holds the title as the first decacorn from Indonesia. In expanding its market coverage, Gojek is expanding in three Southeast Asian countries, one of which is Thailand, which officially operated on February 27, 2019 under the name GET. Market Entry Timing, analyze competitors who have previously operated in Thailand and find out what their market wants. Proximity to The Market, recognizing the closeness between the products and services provided by GOJEK to Thai citizens. Financial Risk, considering the risks that will be faced by GOJEK in the Thai market with a comparison of the achievements that have been obtained by the company. Followed by Selection of the Appropriate Market Entry Mode for GOJEK's expansion to Thailand.
