Abstract
Study this aim for knowing influence E-Service Quality to satisfaction customer e-commerce Bukalapak (study on Indralaya undergraduate students Sriwijaya University ). Dimension E-Service Quality used consist from efficiency , fulfillment requirements , system availability , privacy , power response , compensation and contact. Study this use method quantitative with type study descriptive causality. Taking sample conducted with spread questionnaire online to 100 respondents with criteria 18-24 years old, Indralaya undergraduate student with active in academic , and ever Shop at Bukalapak . Data analysis techniques used is analysis descriptive , instrument test research , hypothesis testing, F test, T test and analysis regression multiple . Results obtained in study this is Dimension e-service quality by simultaneous take effect significant to satisfaction customers , while by Partial only dimensions compensation and power influential response by significant to satisfaction customers on e-commerce Bukalapak (study of Indralaya undergraduate students Sriwijaya University ).
