Abstract
Climate change is one of the important issues today which is a serious problem that must be addressed by both the world and national governments in achieving the zero emission target. The government pays attention to how to make and change buildings to be energy efficient without affecting the comfort of the building itself. Energy conservation and efficiency in the building sector is very important because buildings are one of the largest energy users. Green building or green building is a building that in its life cycle unites the right land layout model, efficient and appropriate electrical energy, efficient use of water, comfortable indoor conditions, environmentally friendly building materials, and implementation in building and run it Green. Comfort and health in the building are very concerned with the application of the concept of a green building or Green Building. One of the things that must be considered in order to create comfort and health in the building is thermal comfort which includes air temperature and humidity. Bank Mandiri office area II Palembang is one of the tallest buildings in Palembang which has a total of 12 floors, 52 m high building, 1211.67 m2 area, a large building area so that it can be ascertained that there are many users of the building who carry out activities that require energy and require comfort. the air inside the Bank Mandiri Regional Office II Palembang building. Greenship is an assessment or rating used for Green Building standards in buildings. Greenship was published in 2010 and there are two types of assessments, the first is an assessment for a newly built building or a New Building and an assessment for an existing building. The use of Greenmark as a comparison of the Greenship standard is because the standard originating from Singapore has the same climate as Indonesia. From this description, a research was carried out on the analysis of the application of energy conservation and air quality at Bank Mandiri Regional Office II Palembang based on Greenship and Greenmark Standards.
