Abstract
Garbage is one of the problems because it is not managed properly, especially in Indonesia it can produce tens of tons of waste, one of which occurred at the Simpang Gegas TPA, Musi Rawas Regency. So it is necessary to have a 3R building built at the Simpang Gegas TPA by estimating waste until 2026 to examine the amount of waste generated from incoming trucks, and the waste density. The composition of waste in 2026 and the results of the study obtained that the waste generation was 41,892 tons/day, the density of waste was 0.3491 tons/m3, the volume of waste was 120 m3/day, the composition of recycled waste is 67.14% and canoes that are not used or cannot be processed 32.39%. Then from this data, the plan for the construction of the 3R building has an estimated area of 6966 m3 with a loading and unloading area of 18 m2, a sorting area of 45 m2, a composting area of 3500 m2, an enumeration area (30 m2), a compost storage warehouse of 3000 m2, a plastic storage warehouse of 70 m2, a paper storage warehouse of 2 m2, metal and glass storage warehouse 4 m2, UPTD headroom 16 m2, supervisory room 18 m2, supervisor room 18 m2, workers room 15 m2, craft room 28 m2, guard room 15 m2, Toilet 5 m2, Parking lot 200 m2. The number of arm rolls that will be used is 10 pieces, with a container capacity of 4.19 tons/day and the number of containers that will be used is 10 units of containers, and obtained from the calculation of a rough estimate price (HPK) of Rp. 2,756,000,000.00.
